Individual Coaching
Here’s how it works:
I offer coaching blocks of 6 sessions or 12 sessions, one hour each, every two to four weeks on Zoom.
In our 1st session we set your personal development goals for the sessions ahead. The coaching adapts to your goals and the problems you encounter on the way.
At the end of each session we set an assignment. This helps you crystallise the concepts we’ve explored and apply them to your day-to-day work.
