in Product Management as the work of a collective, not an individual,
and that to do great work, you must act with intention.

My coaching is practical, highly empathic, and impactful (at least, that’s what people tell me). It comes from my own first-hand experiences delivering products, refined over time by the lessons I’ve learnt since becoming a full-time coach in 2018.
